• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be authorized to represent your organization
• One account per organization unless otherwise agreed

4. Subscription Plans

• Starter: Up to 5,000 renders/month
• Growth: Up to 25,000 renders/month with priority support
• Enterprise: Custom volume with dedicated infrastructure

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology
• Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems

6. Intellectual Property

OnSurface.ai owns all rights to our AI technology, algorithms, user interface, and platform infrastructure. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONSURFACE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, or data.
